The public installation of officers will be on February 9, 2007 at the Malinao Foundation Building at the cor. of P. Zulueta and T. Azucena Sts. San Pablo City. The Guest Speaker will be the Honorable City Mayor Vicente B. Amante and the installing team will be lead by VW Victorino F. Javier, Jr. PDDGM as the Installing Officer.

Fellowship dinner will be at the PAMANA auditorium adjacent at the San Pablo City.

Congratulation to the incoming officers and may the blessing of the GAOTU be our guiding light in all our undertakings.

The brethren of Malinaw Lodge No. 25 congratulates our RW Avelino "Sonny" Razon, Jr. on his appointment as the new Chief of the Philippine National Police.

MALINAW LODGE NO. 25 F & A M

The beacon of Masonry in Southern Luzon, Malinaw Lodge No. 25 has its temple located at the corner of T. Azucena and P. Zulueta Sts. and known as the Malinao Foundation Bldg. Its members mostly coming from San Pablo City were instrumental in propagating Masonry in Laguna and Quezon provinces. In its heyday during the 5o's and 60's was the most sought after fraternity and its members were the virtual who's who in politics and business. A knocker was considered very lucky and influential if he was accepted in his third tries.

The lodge has fallen on hard times and even the temple except for some renovations done five years ago was virtually unchanged. Even knockers dried up and no new blood was added for the last two years. The situation is approaching crisis proportion and still the members have not acted to reversed the steady decline through the years.

But not everything is lost. There are young and dedicated leaders who are rising from the ranks and taking charge of the future of Malinaw Lodge No. 25 into their hands. They are the sons and grandsons of illustrious Past Masters who are now occupying leadership positions in the lodge and are leaving no stone unturned in their effort to restore Malinaw Lodge No. 25 to its former glory and splendor. With the help of the Great Architect of the Universe nothing will stand on our march to greatness.
